Restored in 2006 this villa is perched atop the Crete Senesi hills about 20km from Siena and just 10km from the Chianti area of Tuscany.

Outstanding 360 degree panoramic views greet guests on arrival also from the villa and pool, taking in Siena, Montalcino, Monte Amiata and the nearby village of Asciano.

The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments at the villa and each apartment has all modern comforts, including a mix of cotto and parquet floors, beamed ceilings, nice furniture including antiques.

Restaurants, shops, chemist and bank as well as post office can be found in Asciano. Special discounts for guests are available at the thermal spa in Rapolano Terme 15km away.

- Entrance from private garden with furniture. On the ground floor is a living room/dining room with sat TV, sofa and fireplace. The separate kitchen has a four ring stove, oven and dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer. Ground floor bathroom with WC and bathtub. First floor has large double bedroom and a twin bedroom which can also be a double. One bathroom with WC and shower. Second floor has two single beds.
