Borgo Dolciano is a typical Tuscan farm conversion yet one of the most interesting to be found in the region. The complex of 18th and 19th century buildings is set in a wonderful private park with large shady lawns and many mature cypresses and other native trees.
 
The owners also carefully attend a mature garden full of flowers and with lots of outdoor relaxing space, including garden tables and chairs.

The property is situated 3km from the small Etruscan town of Chiusi and is close to many cultural attractions, such as the historic towns of Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano as well as the vast Lake Trasimeno which dominates the area and can be seen from great distances from those prepared to climb the surrounding hills and small mountain chains that dominate the plain below.

The hill of Dolciano is dominated by an elegant 18th century villa which looks over a splendid garden and small church.

All the apartments are well equipped, elegant and spacious and have a warm, friendly atmosphere. The one bedroom apartments are found on the first and second floors and are 40-50 square metres in size. They each have a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom with shower or bath tub.

The larger two bedroom apartments are found on the ground floor or first floor and have independent entrances and small garden or terrace. They range in size from 70 to a very large 130 square metres and have a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower or bath tub.
