Nearby is the small village of Rigomagno complete with its own eleventh century castle.

The property is ideal for a a family of up to six people and has been lovingly restored to give a real home from home feeling.

Siena and Arezzo are both around 20 miles away and within easy driving distance for a day trip.

The property is south-facing and overlooks an enchanting olive grove and the wooded valley beyond, stretching across the gently sloping hills of this pretty corner of Tuscany.

The house is light and airy with large windows and a ground floor veranda to make the most of the picturesque scenery.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

This restored rustico is in a heavenly setting and on the ground floor has a large veranda with patio doors that can be opened, table and chairs. The living room has sat TV and sofa and the dining room a fireplace and a well equipped kitchen (gas cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine). ON the ground floor there is aslo a bathroom with bathtub.
Access to the first floor is by wooden stairs with a child safety gate at the top. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, one double with ensuite shower, second double with balcony and WC and a third twin bedroom.
